Chef Roslyn is from the Island of Ambrym. She has 13 years working experience as a Sous Chef at Iririki Island Resort. Chef Roslyn represented Vanuatu in the Chef’s competition around the Pacific from 2007 to 2021. Now Chef Roslyn is cooking at the Mamas Food Market for the local community.
